Graduation Requirements

Students may graduate once all degree requirements specified in their respective enrolled degree programs within the maximum candidature are fulfilled and a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of at least 2.0 is attained. Details regarding the collection of official transcripts and diplomas (degree certificates), as well as the invitation to the Commencement Ceremony (held annually in October), will be emailed to graduates via their DigiPen or SIT email (for joint-degree programs). Official graduation documents will be issued as long as all financial obligations are settled and any items that belong to DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore are returned.

After graduation, your DigiPen student account will be converted to an alumni account by Week 7 of the following trimester. After Week 7, you will only have continued access to your DigiPen email account. Because you will no longer have access to Moodle and other digital resources, back up any files you need, especially those saved in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams and OneDrive). Should you need access to back up files after Week 7, please submit your request to the Career and Alumni Services Office at careerservices.sg@digipen.edu.
